Routine Systems Maintenance
SVA Administrative & Network Services and Colleague performs routine systems maintenance on the third weekend of each month, to help ensure that critical software and hardware platforms continue to operate reliably. Systems that routinely undergo maintenance include MyID, MyServices, WebAdvisor, Colleague, SVA Wireless Networks, SVA Wired Networks and the Cisco Phone System. Maintenance is generally performed late Saturday evening into early Sunday morning; service on these systems may be interrupted during these hours.
